This Sub-county is located on the eastern side of Nairobi county with close proximity to the Kenya Industrial estate. Most of the residents in this area provide labor for the companies in the KIE.  This community has many school droputs, high crime rate, Gender based violence, air polution, improper garbage e.t.c.

In this Sub-county CPN partners with Vicco youth group in the Beyond Borders Peace Initiative project.
