With a background in Business Information Technology and certification in project management, Dickens brings over five years of real-world experience in designing, managing, and scaling community-driven programs. His work blends strategy and compassion, focusing on peacebuilding, maternal and child health, youth empowerment, and economic resilience for women in underserved communities.
